Complimentary to our services in assisting our customers in buying a property, we also have all the facilities available to assist you in selling your property whether it is your own home or an investment you have made. As soon as an indication for a property sale is received, our staff will contact you right away to get all the details needed to sell your property. Our IT systems include a comprehensive database in which your property details would be entered for easy access to all our sales staff. Our sales channels include our agents’ network, newspaper advertisements, and this website. Rest assured we will do all we can to ensure there is a buyer for your property in a timely fashion.

Financing

Home finance is becoming increasingly popular with a larger percentage of buyers opting for financing on their property. Financing is available to both UAE residents as well as overseas buyers. Furthermore, there are options both with conventional mortgage financing as well as Shariah compliant products. There are an increasing number of mortgage offerings available, provided by a selection of Dubai-based financial groups. Their borrowing terms tend to be relatively straightforward in structure, however it may be worth pursuing several options in case one company has a specific incentive, which would suit your needs or circumstances.
